Damaged or permanently stained linens and towels will be charged for replacement. ⸻ 🏊 Pool Details Pool Size: 7.5 ft × 14 ft (L-shaped) Depth: 3 ft to 4 ft Heated Pool Option Pool heat is available for $35 per night and will be preset for the duration of your stay. Recommended November–April for comfortable swimming. During colder weather, pool temperature cannot be guaranteed due to outdoor conditions. Guests may also enjoy the heated clubhouse pools and hot tubs year-round. Pool equipment settings should not be adjusted by guests. ⸻ 🍔 BBQ Grill (Add-On) A propane grill is available upon request. $75 Grill Setup & Cleaning Fee This includes: • Pre-arrival preparation • Propane fuel • Standard post-stay cleaning Guests should scrape the grates after use and leave the grill in reasonable condition. The grill must remain in its designated location and should not be moved. Excessive grease buildup or misuse requiring professional cleaning may result in additional charges. ⸻ 🐾 Pet Policy Pet Fee: $125 per stay (up to 2 dogs) To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests: • Dogs must be crate trained • Dogs should be crated overnight and when briefly left alone • Pets should not be left unattended for extended periods A crate, bowls, and pet supplies are provided for your convenience. Please include your dog(s) in your booking request. Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in extra charges. ⸻ 🔐 Security Notice For safety and property protection, a camera is installed at the front door monitoring the exterior entry only. There are no interior cameras. ⸻ 🧹 Cleaning Policy The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning (laundry, sanitizing, and resetting the home for the next guest). It does not cover excessive mess, food waste left throughout the home, heavy grill residue, or damage to linens, towels, furniture, or surfaces.
